I visited La Mia Mamma for the first time on the recommendation of an Italian friend. I had their Festive Menu which comprised of mixed starters, a pasta dish, main course and desserts selection. It was definitely one of the best meals that I have had in a long time. All of the courses were cooked perfectly, well-presented and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the mixed starters and desserts selection, as it allowed you to try different things and the choices all complemented each other well. I had the pulled pork with roast potatoes as my main and it exceeded my expectations. The pork was succulent and cooked perfectly and the potatoes had the right amount of softness while still having some 'bite'. The customer service was as good as the food. All of the staff who I interacted with were friendly and helpful. They were also attentive while I was eating my meal without being intrusive or pushy. For example, one of the servers recommended a good wine, as the one I originally wanted was unavailable. The restaurant also has a very nice and relaxed atmosphere without being too hectic or noisy (and this was during the Christmas period). You do feel like you could be dining in a part of Sicily rather than Notting Hill. Athough this was my first meal at La Mia Mamma, I will definitely return to eat from their 'regular' menu. Please note that if you have a disability or mobility issue, you do need to go down a flight of stairs to reach the toilets.

This is the place if you want genuine Italian food! Food was amazing and so delicious and the portions were HUGE. They treated us so kindly, I totally recommend this restaurant with all my heart.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Alba, our waitress. She was absolutely amazing—very attentive to both me and my sister. Even though the restaurant was full, she promised to find us a table outside within 10 minutes, and she did exactly that. The service was impressively fast. I asked for a macchiato exactly like the ones in Italy, and she told me she would make it herself—and it was perfect. The tiramisu also left us speechless. Everything was top-notch. Thank you so much, Alba!

Just what the doctor ordered! If you want a home cooked meal sort of vibe in london, with a cute setting… then look no further! The food is authentic and can tell it’s been made with love

Definitely worth the hype! I had a starter, main, and dessert, and every single dish was amazing. The starter was fantastic, and the pasta was incredibly delicious—perfectly saucy. I ended with a super tasty tiramisu, which was the perfect finale. I’d absolutely go back! They even give you a complementary bruschetta while you wait for your food, and it’s so, so tasty! Although definitely on the higher price.

I celebrated my birthday here and had the most wonderful experience. The Nona’s were so warm and generous, constantly offering delicious food. We sat in the back surrounded by flowers—it was cozy and beautiful. Romeo, dressed in a suit, made the night feel extra special with his kindness. Can’t wait to return. I was in Sicily a week ago and I didn’t find a restaurant as good as this. Lots of love, Ana

What a stunning restaurant! I took my partner here for his birthday and three reputation of La Mia Mamma did not disappoint. The sharing board was a stunning collection of new flavours and our pasta and pizza were so tasty. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly and gave my partner a nice collection of desserts. We look forward to coming back! Thank you for making his birthday special!

In a word generous. You definitely won't leave the restaurant hungry. I was with a party of 3. We arrived and we're shown to a table and given a welcome drink. We opted for the pasta and main course option. Our lovely waiter advised us that we might be over ordering. He wasn't wrong. The starter platter is a feast on its own. It followed the complimentary bruschetta. The pasta course was delicious and huge. The pork garlicy and juicy. The highlight of dessert course was the berry panna cotta. Highly recommend spot for value of money, yummy Italian food and top notch service. Best of all we came home with takeaways galore
